Community Building Specialist

Our organization is seeking a Community Building Specialist to lead the development and growth of our Spanish-speaking community. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the presence of our platform across LATAM.

About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional individual with fluency in both Spanish and English, who has hands-on experience with social media and web platforms. A strong interest in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture is essential, as well as a deep understanding of Gen Z trends and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and engage our growing community through URL communities on platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Instagram.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption, build lasting loyalty, and empower users to become passionate advocates.
  • Coordinate events and activities that bring our community together, such as meetups and gatherings at events like DreamHack, CCXP, and Comic Con.
  • Leverage our KICK Bounties sub brand to nurture viewers into creators.
  • Create content that resonates with our audience, including translations from English to Spanish and vice versa to ensure cultural accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Hands-on experience with social media and web platforms
  • A strong interest in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z trends and behaviors
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced tech environment
