Lead Product Strategist
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the strategy and execution of our front-end experience. As a key member of our small business experience team, you will be responsible for developing a cohesive narrative for your product area, leading a team to develop and execute the product roadmap, and collaborating with engineering, design, and other product teams to implement the overall product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy and develop a cohesive narrative for your product area.
- Lead your team to develop and execute the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product teams to implement the overall product strategy.
- Deeply understand your external and internal customers, and foster shared understanding of target segments across your team and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders as a spokesperson for the product.
Requirements:
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to drive adoption and accountability across the business.
- Ability to be hands-on with product work alongside managing your team.
- Experience in creating and operationalising governance structures and processes.
- Prioritisation and decision-making skills to select high-impact roadmap items and avoid siloing.
- Ability to drive outcomes independently while shaping product strategy across multiple teams, aligning vision and execution at scale.
