Building Stronger Communities Through Effective Engagement

We are seeking a Community Engagement Professional to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will supervise and mentor staff, design and implement community engagement strategies, and foster strong relationships with families and communities.
This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work strategically and collaboratively, and a passion for community development.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor Community Connectors and Bi-Cultural Workers
- Design and implement community engagement strategies
- Foster strong relationships with families and communities
- Lead co-design processes with families to ensure programs reflect their needs and aspirations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in community development or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in community engagement and capacity-building
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing staff
- Knowledge of culturally responsive and inclusive practices
