Community Manager Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with and supporting our community groups to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit community groups to participate in our projects
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage data analysis and reporting to inform community growth and improvement initiatives
  • Represent our organization at events and conferences to build relationships and promote our mission

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of work experience in a startup or agency environment
  • Commercial mindset and ability to think creatively
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and adaptability
