Reception Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our friendly Reception team at Panthers Port Macquarie.

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will have a significant impact on their experience. You will be responsible for welcoming and signing in patrons, handling customer enquiries, and promoting our entertainment, functions, and dining options.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests;
  • Meet and greet patrons, and sign them in;
  • Handle customer enquiries in person and over the phone;
  • Inform members and guests about upcoming events and promotions;
  • Cash handling and operating cash registers;
  • Perform general cleaning duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment;
  • High standards of personal grooming;
  • A charismatic personality and welcoming nature;
  • Ability and initiative to work efficiently and proactively;
  • RSA and RCG qualifications;
  • A history of accurate cash handling;
  • Basic computer skills would be advantageous.

You will excel in a multi-skilled team environment, providing magnificent customer service and being flexible and reliable. You will be required to work 24/7, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
