About the Role

As a Front Office Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Reception desk, including greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, administration, and managing any guest issues that may arise.

You will also be responsible for building, developing, training, and leading a team to promote high levels of customer service. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a seasoned professional with proven experience in a Front Office department, preferably at a supervisory level. You should have knowledge of hotel property management systems, Opera preferred, and strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide subsidized private health insurance, professional development funding, and discounted hotel stays across Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand.
