Where Memories Start with You
As a Service Delivery Manager at Wyndham Destinations, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient daily operation of the Reception desk. This includes registering owners and guests, providing information about local attractions, administration, and managing guest issues. Your duties may also involve serving beverages in our on-site restaurant and leading a team to promote high levels of customer service.
Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include immediate start opportunities, permanent full-time positions, subsidised private health insurance, professional development funding, and discounted hotel stays across Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, and other locations.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Duty Manager in a Front Office & Food and Beverage department (3 years)
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems, preferably Opera
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude, vibrant personality, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications
