Deliver Exceptional Claims Experience

As a Claims Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for both Quality Assurance and Audit functions within Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review claims process, including phone calls, claims outcomes, and communications, to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Examine customer experience and satisfaction of claims management, considering the voice of the customer and identifying outcome improvements.
- Ensure product integrity is reviewed and maintained.
- Review live claims payments to identify leakage, potential leakage, and money lost, and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with and communicate with Claims Officers, Team Leaders, and training team members to reduce payments and claims errors.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year's experience in insurance claims processing.
- An understanding of insurance processes and legislation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to have difficult conversations with peers as required.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify patterns.
