About this role

At Cover-More, we're looking for a skilled Claims Quality Assurance and Audit Specialist to join our team.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our claims processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Review claims processes to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Examine customer experience and satisfaction of claims management
  • Ensure product integrity is reviewed and maintained
  • Review live claims payments to identify leakage and incorrect payments
  • Liaise with Claims Officers and Team Leaders to reduce payments and claims errors

About you

  • At least 1 year's experience in insurance claims processing
  • Understanding of insurance processes and legislation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to have difficult conversations
  • Great attention to detail and ability to quickly identify patterns
