We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Operations Specialist to join our team at JRM Hospitality.

Culinary Operations Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional individual to work in our corporate venues as a Sandwich Hand. If you have a passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality food service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and safety
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth meal service during corporate functions
• Contribute to dishwashing
• Adhere to food safety guidelines
• Assist chefs with deliveries
• Prepare food
• Prepare bulk sandwiches and salads
• Basic cooking

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a sandwich hand is mandatory
• Strong knife skills
• Experience with commercial dishwashers
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules based on requirements
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a positive kitchen atmosphere
