About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic team in a renowned venue. As an Executive Culinary Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and supporting the kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring food quality, inventory management, menu development, recipe management, and adherence to hygiene and portion control standards.
  • Labor Cost Control: Maintain labor costs within budget, minimizing wastage, and empowering the team with regard to efficiency and innovation.
  • Team Development: Assist with recruitment, training, and development of kitchen staff, fostering a high-performance culture through strong leadership.
  • Creative Input: Bring an element of creative input into the kitchen.
  • Stock Management: Experience with stock management and ordering is essential.
About You:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
