The Role

Merivale is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Operations Manager to join its team at Wynyard Hotel. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching a diverse team of staff to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve departmental performance.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the hotel's products and services to provide expert recommendations to guests.
