Job Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager at IIQAF, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in the overall operations of our retail outlet. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing daily store activities, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency are upheld.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff management, fostering a positive work environment and driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and support store employees to enhance their performance, develop their skills, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by all staff members, maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, participate in restocking products as needed, and maintain an attractive and organized store layout.
  • Help develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets, leveraging your analytical skills and creativity.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or management preferred, with a focus on retail operations and management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best.
  • Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems, with a strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
