Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Venue Manager in leading the hotel's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement venue operations strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and abilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.
- Manage the hotel's operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house administration, recruitment, and rostering.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive business objectives.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Industry-relevant qualifications and certifications, including RSA and RSG/RCG.
