Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

- Driving Sales Performance: Collaborate with the sales team to set targets and implement strategies that meet or exceed them.
- Managing Risk: Work with senior team members to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
- Creating Valuable Content: Assist in producing marketing materials, newsletters, event invitations, and brochures to promote our brand and services.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute events from conception to execution, showcasing our expertise and building our reputation.
- Negotiation: Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients, securing mutually beneficial agreements.
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to showcase our capabilities and services.
Requirements:
- A degree in business or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
