Strategic Financial Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support our business strategy and drive growth.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking financial analysis, providing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making. They will also develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake financial analysis and provide insightful recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business improvements
  • Partner with site teams and management to validate proposed projects and investments
  • Assist with cost performance monitoring on major projects
  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and strategies
  • Develop and analyse cost reports within business intelligence tools
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, or Finance/Accounting
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • 3 years of professional experience in accounting/finance-related roles
  • CPA/CA or associated professional association (or working towards)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including advanced user of Microsoft Excel
