
Key Account Growth Strategist

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving long-term sustainable value for customers' business bottom line.
This key position leads efforts with defined groups of mining and civil customers across Western Australia, acting as the primary customer contact and conduit between Epiroc's business disciplines and customers' operating sites and corporate teams.
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, this individual must have proven knowledge and experience of the industry, be able to identify specific application understanding and work through multiple facets of customers' requirements to offer viable solutions.
Responsibilities- Prioritise and manage tasks effectively to succeed in this role, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to promote Epiroc's solutions and capabilities.
- Make decisions within set parameters, deliver information to various levels within Epiroc and customers' organisations.
A challenging and rewarding position requiring strong collaboration skills and ability to find common ground with people approaching projects from differing perspectives.
Qualifications/Attributes- Resilient, self-motivated solutions finder with highly developed communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to balance customer advocacy with favourable commercial outcomes, highlighting the importance of technical aptitude and solid understanding of technical considerations.
- Exposure to mining and related industries is well-regarded, with a competitive nature and desire to succeed for customers, yourself and Epiroc.
- Ability to read and speak Mandarin advantageous but not essential.
