A key position has arisen for a Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts with mining and civil customers across Western Australia. As the primary customer contact, this role will own the customer relationship while providing a conduit between various business disciplines and customer operating sites.
This challenging yet rewarding position requires a proven knowledge and experience of the industry, enabling the ability to identify specific application understanding and work through multiple facets of customer requirements to offer viable solutions. The successful candidate will engage with internal and external stakeholders, promote Epiroc's solutions, and manage tasks effectively to succeed in the role.
- A strong understanding of business development, account management or general sales is essential.
- Highly developed communication skills and emotional intelligence are required to balance customer advocacy with favourable commercial outcomes.
- The ability to make decisions within set parameters and deliver information to various levels within both Epiroc and customer organisations is crucial.
