Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Trippas White Group in Sydney.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and delivering high-quality food products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of pastry chefs to deliver high-quality food products and services.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and align with our company's vision and values.
  • Ensure that all food products are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior pastry chef in a high-pressure environment.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Salary:

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
