Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes and maintain high standards of quality
  • Develop and implement menu ideas that showcase creativity and innovation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a senior chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining venue
  • Sushi, wok, pizza, and pastry experience highly regarded
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full availability and willingness to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
