Senior Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Specialist to contribute to our organization's growth by enhancing visibility and client focus efforts in the engineering industry.

  • The ideal candidate will actively participate in Client Focus Teams and market meetings, providing valuable insights that drive business results.
  • He/She will also be responsible for participating in Client Mapping and SWOT analysis, potentially leading annual Client Mapping processes, and collaborating with CRM Specialists to manage pursuit pipelines and update opportunities accordingly.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will assist in developing value propositions and pre-sell materials, coordinate and support pre- and post-award visibility initiatives with Regional Communications Specialists, and communicate client and market visibility opportunities to promote thought leadership.
  • Leading complex pursuit developments under marketing leadership guidance is also a key responsibility of this role.
Key Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in proposal writing, marketing, or a related field in the AEC industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite are necessary for managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality are also crucial for delivering outstanding results.
