Ecosystem Growth Leader

This role is responsible for driving growth and unlocking new product opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic partnerships across DeFi and core onchain use cases to drive business development.
  • Developing and executing critical deals in collaboration with senior leadership to shape product direction.
  • Navigating high-stakes conversations with protocol leaders, founders, and C-level stakeholders to secure business agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. They will also have a deep understanding of onchain economies, builder incentives, and protocol mechanics.

Core Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in a crypto-native environment.
  • A proven track record of structuring and executing high-impact deals in DeFi or related verticals.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience scaling an onchain ecosystem or protocol GTM strategy.
  • Familiarity with builder enablement tools such as grants, dev onboarding, and liquidity incentives.

This position offers day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates who meet the requirements. Compensation packages are crafted based on a wide variety of elements, including job market conditions and industry standards.
