  • Employee Engagement: Foster strong working relationships with Assistant Warehouse Managers, Admin Managers, Payroll Clerks, Return to Work Coordinators, Location Managers, Vice Presidents, and Executives.
  • Project Assistance: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
  • Document Management: Manage the breakroom board for HR, ensuring documentation remains current and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Education in HR, Business Management, or related field.
  • Australian Driver's License.
  • Valid work rights in both Australia and New Zealand.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and Written.
  • Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) proficiency.
  • Strong MS Excel Skills (V-Lookup & Pivot Tables).
  • Ability to travel within NSW, Interstate, or to New Zealand at short notice.
Estimated Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
