About the Role
As a Senior Payroll Specialist at Ventia, you will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end payroll services using the SAP system. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and gain extensive knowledge of the payroll process.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with policies, EBA/Award, and legislation.
- Manage queries by providing exceptional customer service, resolving discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records.
- Process termination calculations and payments, supporting year-end processes with monthly reconciliations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A basic understanding of the end-to-end payroll process.
- High attention to detail, initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to meet payroll deadlines and handle high demand.
- Experience with SAP Payroll system.
