Job Description:

This site-based Project Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering pharmaceutical and education sector projects worth up to $20 million. As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting client expectations and adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion and budget adherenceCollaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve queries and issuesContribute to project planning, risk management, and quality assurance processesDevelop and maintain effective relationships with project team members, promoting a positive and productive working environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
