Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Corporate Secretariat team, ensuring the smooth operation of corporate secretarial services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with the preparation and lodgement of ASIC documents, including company searches and PPSR registrations.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including master lists and central filing systems.
  3. Process payments and invoices, as well as credit card transactions and direct debits.
  4. Support the team in attending to corporate register filings, both paper-based and online.
  5. Contribute to the organisation of timesheets and billing queries.
  6. Participate in the expansion of the team, providing administrative assistance as needed.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
