Corporate Secretariat Support Specialist

Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Corporate Secretariat team, ensuring the smooth operation of corporate secretarial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and lodgement of ASIC documents, including company searches and PPSR registrations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including master lists and central filing systems.
- Process payments and invoices, as well as credit card transactions and direct debits.
- Support the team in attending to corporate register filings, both paper-based and online.
- Contribute to the organisation of timesheets and billing queries.
- Participate in the expansion of the team, providing administrative assistance as needed.

- A keen learner, able to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities quickly.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with volume.
Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
