Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Secretariat Team Administrator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our corporate secretariat team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including typing, mail, and courier services. You will also be responsible for updating master lists and registered office lists, registering files, and maintaining our central filing lists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our clients, including typing, mail, and courier services
  • Update master lists and registered office lists
  • Register files and maintain our central filing lists
  • Assist with corporate register filing in paper and online
  • Attend to payments of ASIC fees and invoices
  • Process credit card payments and direct debits
  • Attend to company searches, PPSR, and litigation search requests
  • Assist with timesheets and billing queries
  • Organise lodgements with ASIC and ABRS
