Job Title: Sydney Corporate Secretariat Coordinator

About the Role:
The Baker McKenzie Australia Corporate Secretariat team is one of the leading corporate secretarial practices in Australia, providing ongoing corporate secretarial services to more than 1200 Australian subsidiaries. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Corporate Secretariat Team Administrator to join our team in Sydney. This role has enormous potential for career growth and could lead to a corporate secretarial paralegal position in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Typing, mail, and courier services
- Sending registered office mail to clients
- Updating master lists and registered office lists
- Registering files and maintaining central filing lists
- Assisting with corporate register filings
- Attending to payments of ASIC fees and invoices
- Processing credit card payments and direct debits

Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Keen learner
