We are seeking an experienced CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SPECIALIST to join our team based in Sydney. This full-time role will support the Secretariat Team in providing corporate governance expertise to our global shareholders and board members.

About the Role
  • This opportunity will work closely with the Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary – APAC to deliver high-quality corporate governance services.
  • Key responsibilities include maintaining electronic corporate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the preparation of board packs.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to provide clear explanations of regulations, policies, and processes to diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar corporate governance role.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Company Secretariat processes preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and documentation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proven aptitude for coordinating tasks and understanding when to escalate issues appropriately.
