We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving sales and revenue growth for our Health Insurance business by building and maintaining strong relationships with Corporate Alliance partners.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and relationship management, with the ability to understand partner needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. They will also be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, executing marketing campaigns, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling other AU services.

This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, plus bonus program, as well as a range of benefits including additional yearly Well-Being and Community leave days, 14-week paid parental leave, and access to LinkedIn Learning courses.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build high-functioning relationships across a broad range of stakeholders. You will also need to be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
