">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Mid Market clients, developing strategic partnerships, and providing support with our solutions to achieve internal engagement programmes.
">Responsibilities
">- Manage a portfolio of 10-20 Mid Market clients, developing strategic partnerships and providing support with our solutions to achieve internal engagement programmes.
- Improve program usage and adoption through consultation, strategy development, and delivery.
- Upsell additional solutions to clients, collaborating with colleagues to develop and secure opportunities.
- Work with the Strategic Account Manager to develop account plans, strengthen client retention rates, and optimise the expansion pipeline and conversion.
- Retain clients revenue by developing strategies to avoid risks and renew contracts.
- Plan and implement engagement strategies, including communications plans, to improve employee engagement, usage, and adoption of client products.
- Analyse engagement data with clients to demonstrate the value of the programme and its alignment with their success goals.
- Travel to meet clients and attend client events and roadshows when required.
Requirements
">- Proactive and strategic B2B client relationship or client service experience with strong internal and external relationship building skills.
- Ability to partner with organisations of 500-2000 employees.
- Previous experience of presenting programme solutions to groups of end users.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with an ability to translate technical solutions or complex client challenges.
