Lead Relationship Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Relationship Management team and foster a positive work environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 and helping design and implement the Premium strategy that delivers elevated customer satisfaction and increases market share in the premium segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain effective processes, systems, and structures to drive operational effectiveness.
- Lead the team on continuous improvement across all aspects of relationship management.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer issues and feedback.
- Support team members with responsible gambling practices of premium customers, as well as understanding and complying with all industry regulations and company policies.
- Ensure that the performance of the team is monitored and managed effectively through regular feedback and coaching, as well as team development through Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Collaborate and work effectively with teams such as Value, Customer Engagement, Risk and Trading, Customer Operations, Sustainability, and Product to drive brilliant customer experiences.
