Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a customer account management strategy to foster growth.
  • Assist a major utility client in its transformation initiatives.
  • Manage diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Oversee the performance metrics of our platform.
  • Contribute insights to the product development roadmap.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer-centric operations.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and competitive positioning for KrakenFlex.
  • Act as an ambassador for KrakenFlex.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing large accounts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to instill confidence among senior leadership.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into actionable plans.
  • Proven aptitude for line management, including setting targets and conducting performance reviews.
  • Effective risk management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong capability in mentoring less experienced team members.
