Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee our existing accounts in Australia and to cultivate new client relationships in the Oceania region. This role is pivotal in driving our mission forward in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive customer account management strategy to foster growth.
  • Support a major utility client in their transformation journey.
  • Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of our platform to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Contribute insights to the product development roadmap.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a customer-centric approach in all operations.
  • Develop a well-informed perspective on market dynamics and competitive positioning for KrakenFlex.
  • Act as an ambassador for KrakenFlex, promoting our values and mission.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing large accounts.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to inspire confidence among senior leadership.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex issues and proposing clear action plans.
  • Proven aptitude for line management, including target setting and performance evaluations.
  • Effective risk management and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong mentorship skills to develop junior team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to account management.
