Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll and accounts processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Masters/Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 6+ years' experience in Payroll and Accounts in the NFP Sector.
- Proficiency in end-to-end payroll and accounts processing.
- Knowledge of SCHADS Award, Acts, and compliance regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Xero and Employment Hero Payroll.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
