We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance and Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Relationship Matters. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll and accounts processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • Masters/Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience in Payroll and Accounts in the NFP Sector.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end payroll and accounts processing.
  • Knowledge of SCHADS Award, Acts, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Xero and Employment Hero Payroll.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
