Customer Relationship Lead (WA) Role

We're seeking a relationship-building extraordinaire to join our team as a Customer Relationship Lead (WA). In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our esteemed PEXA Practitioner customers across Western Australia, providing purposeful relationship management that aligns with our strategic goals, brand proposition, and core values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and manage high-volume transactions with ease
  • Support customer growth by introducing needs-based solutions and generating leads
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, demonstrating leadership in pilots, workshops, and product releases
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Customer Relationships, ensuring optimal impact with our Practitioner Customers and Industry Stakeholders
