Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, account management, communication, relationship building, and customer service. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and increasing revenue, using consultative strategies to address key client business issues.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate sales activity through various means, including phone calls, emails, and text messages, to engage with existing clients and prospective customers.
- Utilize consultative sales skills to identify the most suitable Hapana solution for clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Establish business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business and meet sales targets.
- Strategically plan and organize your sales strategy to optimize time investment and consistently surpass performance targets.
- Demonstrate Hapana software, products, and partner solutions to potential clients and assist them in selecting the best solution for their needs.
- Engage with both single and multi-location fitness brands to meet and exceed maximum sales targets.
- Stay updated on all products, including software and application updates/releases, new partner offerings, market conditions, and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate ongoing sales activity and account progress using tools such as Hubspot and other CRM tools.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions to expand Hapana's reach and network.
- Worked in the fitness industry or a personal trainer looking for a change of career is a must.
- Strong skills in lead generation and/or account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Hubspot, G-suite is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with focus on measuring internal and external communications effectiveness and results.
