About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Grants and Tenders Manager to lead our bid process from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing compelling bid content, and ensuring compliance with all RFP requirements and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry partners
  • Create high-quality bid content, including executive summaries, value propositions, and technical responses
  • Coordinate and facilitate bid review meetings to ensure key stakeholders provide input and address concerns
  • Monitor and track bid performance metrics, analyzing win/loss data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Conduct post-bid analysis and debrief sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple bids simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in bid preparation and review
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and industry-specific bid requirements
  • Engaging personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining effective community networks and relationships
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and customer-focused
  • Excellent computer literacy and confidence in using systems and technology
  • Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload
