As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing the bid process for all identified opportunities, providing support and advice to the business, and coordinating with business development managers and operational teams.Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the tender process, ensuring consistency with approved procedures and organizational governance
* Provide administrative support, coordinate stakeholder participation, and coach the team through the tender development
* Prepare tender submissions based on the agreed business development win strategy and inputs from subject matter experts
* Ensure tenders are prepared to agreed timetables, including reviews and governance approval milestone dates
* Maintain a library of templates, continuously updated to incorporate content from recently completed tenders
* Comprehensively hand over won tenders for operational delivery
* Contract Administration - Complete the initial review of contracts, managing the execution of contracts, recording contract documents, and including on contract register
* Customer Relationship Management - Train and support users of the CRM system to ensure that all details are included and maintained
Requirements:
* Undergraduate qualification in business, engineering, marketing, communications, or similar
* 5+ years in an equivalent bid support role
* 2+ years within the construction, infrastructure, or utilities sectors
* Production of high-quality bid and proposal responses
* Leading multi-disciplinary tender project teams in similar industry
* Working with senior internal and external business stakeholders and customers
