Sales Development Representative

About the Role
Solera is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to join our Australian team based in Melbourne.
You will be responsible for executing the Solera Lead & Opportunity Management process, building sales pipeline, and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting for new business and identifying sales opportunities
- Executing CRM tools and Solera value-selling methodologies
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Aligning with other members of the sales organization to support overall company revenue targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Six months to one year of experience within an inside sales role with a track record of achieving goals and quotas
- Preferred experience with technology and automotive sales
- Preferred Salesforce CRM experience
