This exciting opportunity will see you take ownership of business development, working autonomously to generate and grow sales while ensuring a strong pipeline through effective product promotion.

As a key member of the Talent Focus team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase market share and revenue growth. With the support of a dynamic senior management team, you will have the scope to make a real impact and deliver tangible results.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics is essential, as well as experience in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
