ASICS Marketplace Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketplace Growth Strategist to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team in Marsden Park, Sydney. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our marketplace channels and ensuring seamless execution of our eCommerce strategy.

About the Role:
  • We offer a permanent full-time opportunity with a leading global sports brand.
  • The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$90,000 - AU$110,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.
  • Our Marsden Park location offers flexible hybrid work options and access to state-of-the-art facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

This position will oversee key functions including optimizing all marketplace channels, driving sales, facilitating returns and order management, conducting range reviews and assortment, and ongoing product enrichment and feed management.

  • Develop and implement strategies for marketplace channel growth, promoting business expansion while maintaining profit margins.
  • Monitor and maintain marketplace sales and transactions, ensuring accurate product display, timely order fulfillment, and efficient shipping processes.
  • Maintain and optimize product listings across third-party seller marketplaces.
  • Provide data analysis insights into marketplace performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive digital marketing and promotional activities.
  • Manage new marketplace partner onboarding, setup, and maintenance.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven success in growing marketplace and e-commerce programs.
  • Experience building and leading retail brand marketplace efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategies for marketplace implementations.
  • Prior experience maintaining and optimizing product listings.
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word.
