About the Role

As a Retail Talent Acquisition Strategist, you'll be part of our thriving team at Wetherill Park, working on-site with a cutting-edge automation platform.

This is a full-time, 7-month contract with onsite parking. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with People & Culture Business Partners and Hiring Managers on all recruitment needs for the project.
  • Managing high-touch relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, pre-hire checking, and offer management.
  • Proactively sourcing and pipelining using various channels to market.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of business requirements through regular attendance at meetings with business leaders.

You'll also be responsible for delivering data insights on a daily and weekly basis.

About You and Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven success in talent acquisition, whether in an internal or external role.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Experience in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing.
  • Skillful maintenance of candidate and stakeholder relationships.

Your compensation package includes a competitive salary and benefits.

Estimated annual salary: $95,000 - $115,000 based on location and experience.
