Retail Talent Acquisition Strategist

About the RoleAs a Retail Talent Acquisition Strategist, you'll be part of our thriving team at Wetherill Park, working on-site with a cutting-edge automation platform.
This is a full-time, 7-month contract with onsite parking. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with People & Culture Business Partners and Hiring Managers on all recruitment needs for the project.
- Managing high-touch relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, pre-hire checking, and offer management.
- Proactively sourcing and pipelining using various channels to market.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of business requirements through regular attendance at meetings with business leaders.
You'll also be responsible for delivering data insights on a daily and weekly basis.
About You and Your SkillsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven success in talent acquisition, whether in an internal or external role.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Experience in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing.
- Skillful maintenance of candidate and stakeholder relationships.
Your compensation package includes a competitive salary and benefits.
Estimated annual salary: $95,000 - $115,000 based on location and experience.
