You'll work closely with the CEO and CTO to deliver high-quality product increments on time at a high cadence, leveraging your expertise in UX design principles and methodologies.

You'll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on market requirements, CEO/Board direction, customer feedback, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining product features, improvements, and roadmap in collaboration with the CEO/Board
  • Prioritizing product features and enhancements based on market requirements, CEO/Board direction, customer feedback, and business objectives
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product increments on time at a high cadence
  • Translating business requirements into user stories, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Gathering insights to continuously improve product feature utilisation, usability, and user satisfaction
