Job Overview

In this position, you will be part of a customer support team that helps customers navigate our products and resolve issues efficiently. We are seeking a skilled customer service professional who can provide first-line support and ensure customer needs are met effectively.

  • Assist customers with product-related queries, trust setup, and other related topics.

  • Help customers navigate our products and services.

  • Provide timely support via phone calls, emails, and web forms while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA).

  • Collaborate with product teams to gather customer feedback for improvement purposes.

  • Log, track, update, and resolve all service requests from customers in the service management system.

  • Offer proactive progress updates and contribute to building positive relationships with customers.

  • Develop expertise on our products and services.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role within a technology company.

  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Attention to detail and high standards of written and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
