Proposal Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Proposal Specialist.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing strategies, resources, and schedules to meet proposal production, public relations, advertising, and marketing objectives.
  2. Execute the production and design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals, and other marketing assignments.
  3. Analyze market data, create targeted messaging, develop content, landing pages, and track ROI for successful marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
  4. Prepare business development documents, assist in marketing strategy development, and provide expert advice on business growth opportunities.
  5. Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  6. Lead public relations, advertising, and outside events, which may require travel.
  7. Supervise and author content for internal databases and websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration, or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong background in compliance-based proposals, including SAM, PIEE, and DoD SAFE.
  • Familiarity with DoD terminology and procurement procedures.
