About the Role

Daikin Australia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Applied Business Solution team in Victoria. This role will play a critical part in the company's growth as we expand our services and offerings to commercial customers.

Reporting to the Sales Manager – Refrigeration, the primary objective of this position will be to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This will involve creating awareness of Daikin's products and services among target customer groups, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for sales, and a mechanical/technical aptitude. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. They will be hungry for success, driven to achieve results, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
