About the Role

Johnson Controls is the global leader for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short and long-range sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and submit sales proposals that meet Johnson Controls' corporate policies and processes.
  • Influence tender requests to include Johnson Controls' specified products and solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and provide sales and technical support to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the engagement of existing and potential customers to win new business and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of quotations, forecasts, and reports in accordance with company policy.
  • Generate forecasts for sales secured, delivery, collection, sales backlog, inventory management, and other sales-related issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Engineering.
  • More than 5-10 years of working experience in sales, ideally within HVAC Chillers - Engineering.
  • Proven sales ability, including year-on-year growth.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels.
  • Experience working with consultants, owners, main contractors, and other key stakeholders within the building and commercial industry.
