Position Summary:
Our team is currently seeking an outside sales professional to advocate for the comprehensive services offered by National Corporate Housing to both new and existing clientele. This role is integral to our market team and contributes to a highly regarded sales force. The selected candidate will employ a strategic selling methodology to effectively promote our local housing solutions to key decision-makers within organizations that align with our ideal client profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a local market team and report to the Regional Director to strategically direct sales efforts towards generating sustainable business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth through the identification and development of new business prospects using a consultative sales approach.
- Engage with clients to comprehend their strategic objectives and maximize economic benefits for their organizations.
- Enhance revenue from existing clients by presenting a full spectrum of products and services across various segments within each organization.
- Oversee and implement referral and strategic property management initiatives with targeted local properties.
- Effectively manage multiple sales cycles and client portfolios simultaneously.
- Document all sales activities and progress within the CRM system.
- Utilize analytical skills and industry insights to project revenue growth.
- Establish and nurture long-term professional relationships at various organizational levels.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional sales experience is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities to systematically address challenges and identify customer needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, tailoring messages to resonate with clients.
- Proficient verbal and written communication capabilities.
- A proactive approach to business development is essential.
- Ability to devise and implement innovative solutions throughout the sales process.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment with diverse responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ownership and a relentless drive to achieve results.
- Ability to set clear, realistic, and time-sensitive objectives aligned with business growth.
- Willingness to travel as necessary; reliable transportation is required.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
