Membership Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Membership Sales Coordinator to join our NSW Membership sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective operational activities to support the optimisation of sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Process new memberships and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Coordinate and support 1st and 2nd year retention for the NSW region, including responsibility for 1st year retention of online membership joins
- Assist the local administration team as required, including reception relief, stationery sales, meeting room management, minutes at meetings, events or training support
- Skilled in all Microsoft Office software packages, particularly intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written communications
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and produce quality outcomes
